Our work with Carla’s Cookie Box focused on helping the business turn a strong product and local brand reputation into a more scalable digital growth channel. On the paid media side, that included restructuring Meta and Google accounts, refining branded versus non-brand strategy, tightening retargeting, and improving the KPI framework so performance could be measured more clearly and optimized against the right business outcomes.
